Join us on a wonderful journey through magnificent nature! Berit Grindflek has worked with horses all her life. She has diverse experience with horses and a certificate in horse handling. Rune Granås is a farrier, and enjoys working with the driving horses.

Whatever the season and activity: We want to give you a unique riding experience that you will remember for a lifetime!

We want you to feel safe when riding with us. Therefore we are a certified horse center and member of the Norwegian Travel Guarantee Fund.

Riding camp
An idyllic mountain farm is our starting point. Here you will experience the horse as a hiking companion in the mountains and forest. We ride on plateaus, mountain tops and try jumping over logs in the forest. You get your own horse under the stay, which lasts from Sunday to Friday. You will get lessons, as well as some horse theory. We barbeque, swim, have rebus and quiz competitions and have lots of fun. There is a maximum of ten participants per camp, so you will get to know everyone. Age: 9 years and up. Some riding experience is required.

Youth week
This is the week for those who are 14 years and older, and have “grown out of” our traditional riding camp. We require more riding experience since we ride fairly long day trips. This is a product we have had for only two years, but it has already become a success. You get your own horse and are taken well care of by competent leaders.

Weekend trips and 3-4-day trips
These trips go to Rendalen Østfjell (the eastern mountains in Rendalen) and are suitable for young and old, experienced and inexperienced. The groups are small, with a limit of 12 participants. Our mountains are fantastic to ride in. You can ride all day without seeing anything but a rein deer herd or a ptarmigan flock. The terrain is easy to ride in and you have a magnificent view of the great mountains. We spend the nights in mountain farms or cabins. Our lunch is eaten outside, often by a camp fire. These trips have become very popular – perhaps because in addition to the riding experience we have stories to tell you? We tell you about Rendalen; about the nature and culture that we travel through and our frugal ancestors who used the resources without overusing them.

Sleigh rides
Is there anything more idyllic than a sleigh ride through a snowy forest, with torch lights and sleigh bells?
